How we work

Rapid response, Flexible approach, Global Service
24 Hours a day -365 days a year

When you have a problem we know that response time is critical. Our teams can travel anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice, providing we have the correct visas and paperwork for that destination.

If the fault has not already been identified, we will analyse the problem and arrange necessary spares.

For ships, we will complete the work whilst the vessel is at sea, if at all practical, ensuring that as little time as possible is lost.

Our engineers are then available to help with other work, to be carried out as required.

Back-up Support
Our operation is supported by dedicated technical and practical expertise at our head office in Lincoln.

We have a fully equipped workshop where we are able to overhaul generator engines, cylinder heads and fuel injection systems.

Training
Superb training is essential, particularly with so many innovations in the industry.
To ensure that our engineers are aware of the latest technological advancements and are able to give the most effective service, we have a continual in-house training programme. Our engineers also attend specialist courses organised by the engine manufacturers.
